AFRICAN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ISLAMIC FINANCE

Investment in infrastructure remains the bedrock for Africa’s sustained economic growth and development. With increasing fiscal vulnerabilities, there is an increasing need to mobilise resources and to orient the private sector towards infrastructure financing.

The African International Conference on Islamic Finance (AICIF) is a leading platform for discussing Africa’s latest developments in Islamic finance. The conference brings together government, academia, and private sector experts to share their knowledge and insights on how Islamic finance can invest in infrastructure projects, boost economic growth, and promote financial inclusion.

Founded in 2018 by a group of professionals passionate about the potential of Islamic finance to transform Africa, this remarkable convergence of great minds happens bi-annually.
